Today you will head on to Santa Claus Village, where the man himself can be found every single day of the year taking care of his life mission – to enhance the well-being of children and the kindness of grown-ups as well as to spread the message of love and the goodwill of Christmas Spirit around the globe. Apart from meeting the hero of the day, you will also have a chance to cross the Arctic Circle, which runs across the village, send Christmas greetings to your dearest from the official Santa’s Post Office, and visit numerous boutique shops that showcase Lappish craftsmanship at its finest.

Afternoon / Husky Farm Visit & Husky Safari, 3 hours

Professional dog-breeders will introduce you to the life of the huskies on the farm, and you will complete a brief course of “a young dog-breeder”. Following that, you will set off on your 3 km (10-15 min.) safari on dog sleds that hold 1-3 people. Should you wish, you can make a photo stop along the way. At the end, you will be offered hot berry juice, tea or coffee, and traditional cookies.

 

Evening / Northern Lights Hunt by car/bus, 3 hours

Eager to see the northern lights? This adventure ups your chances of witnessing this extraordinary natural phenomenon. Absorb the silent winter setting and stay warm with a hot drink and sausages sizzled up on a campfire. Afternoon / Reindeer Farm Visit & Reindeer Safari, 3 hours

Witness the life of reindeer first-hand as they go about their daily work and relaxation. Take up the unique opportunity to sit an exam on handling a reindeer sled and receive your special “driver’s license” (available for all ages). Have a seat in the sled and you are off! Getting cold? Warm yourself up around a bonfire in a nearby hut and enjoy a cup of hot juice.

When the sun is going down and blue darkness of evening is around us, we will get ready for our adventure. We will drive with snowmobiles in the wilderness, hoping to see the aurora borealis dancing in the sky, or at least hope to see moon and the bright stars overhead. During the safari, your guide will make fire, and we will have a cup of warm drink and fried sausages. The crackling campfire will keep chilly winds and freezing temperatures at bay. We’ll arrive back to Levi enriched with experiences and stories.

Amendments

All amendments are to be sent via e-mail and acknowledged by us.

 

Rooming lists

Complete rooming lists and other essential information should be sent to us not later than 14 days before arrival.

 

Other

We reserve the right to release – without further notice – all bookings that have not been secured by full prepayment deposit and complete rooming lists by the due date. We also reserve the right to change these terms if necessary.
