Milan - Padua - Venice - Florence - Assisi - Cascia - Ancona - Split - Medjugorje - Dubrovnik - Bari - Lanciano - San Giovanni Rotondo - Monte Sant Angelo - Pompeii - Rome

Day 1 Milan - Padua (250km/4h)
Arrival at Milan Airport and transfer to Padua, the home of St.Anthony, of which he’s the patron. Visit the Basilica named after him. Proceed to hotel. Dinner at hotel.

Day 2 Padua - Venice (50km/1,30h) - Padua (50km/1,30h)
Transfer to Venice. Boat transfer to St.Mark square. Visit the Golden Basilica of San Mark, watch Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, and Rialto Bridge. Free afternoon. Back to hotel. Dinner at hotel.

Day 3 Padua - Florence (230km/3,30h) - Assisi (170km/3h)
Depart to Florence. Dedicating the day to visit the highlights of the city known as ‘birthplace of the Italian Renaissance’: the domed cathedral of the city, Santa Maria del Fiore, the Campanile tower and the Baptistery nearby, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Proceed to Assisi. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

Day 4 Assisi - Cascia (90km/1,30h)- Ancona (170km/3,30h) - Split (ferry)
Half-day guided tour of the places of St.Francis, the founder of the Franciscan Order: St. Francis Basilica, his paternal house; St. Clare Basilica, St. Mary of the Angels Basilica. Proceed to visit the Basilica of Santa Rita in Cascia. Then proceed to Ancona’s port to embark on the ferry-overnight-boat to Split, Croatia. Dinner on board.

Day 5 Split - Medjugorje (140km/2,30h)
Early morning arrival to Split port. Have a half day city tour and explore Split and its Diocletian's palace, named after its creator, the Roman Emperor. Transfer to Medjugorje, Bosnia, one of the most popular Catholic pilgrimage sites since apparitions of the Virgin Mary began in 1981. In the afternoon beginning of the religious activities. Dinner at hotel.

Day 6 Medjugorje
An entire day dedicated to on-site activities according to the parish members, including meetings with the visionaries. Dinner at hotel.

Day 7 Medjugorje - Dubrovnik (130km/3h) - Bari (ferry)
Head again to Croatia and to one of the best preserved medieval walled cities in the world - Dubrovnik. Have a half day city tour and discover the old town, home to beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains. In the late afternoon – embark on the ferry-overnight-boat to Bari, Italy. Dinner on board.

Day 8 Bari - Lanciano (280km/3,30h) - San Giovanni Rotondo (160km/3h)
Early morning arrival at Bari port. Drive to Lanciano and visit the Church of the great Eucharistic Miracle of 8th century. Proceed to hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo. Dinner at hotel.

Day 9 San Giovanni Rotondo - Monte Sant’Angelo (30km/1h) – S. G. Rotondo (30km/1h)
Morning dedicated to the city of Saint Pio, in which he founded the Home for the Relief of the Suffering. Visit Padre Pio Pilgrimage Church was built in devotion to him. Proceed to Monte Sant’Angelo. Visit Sanctuary of Monte Sant’Angelo sul Gargano, known to be the oldest shrine in Europe. Return to hotel. Dinner at hotel.

Day 10 S. G. Rotondo - Pompeii (220km/3,30h) - Rome (250km/3,30h)
Departure to Pompeii, the Roman city buried during a catastrophic eruption of the volcano Mount Vesuvius in ‘79. Visit of the Sanctuary of the city patron – Our Lady of Pompeii – Blessed Virgin Mary. Proceed to hotel in Rome. Dinner at hotel.

Day 11 Rome
Have a tour dedicated to the Vatican Museums, which house over 9 miles of the most extensive collection of art in the world. See the Sistine chapel, ceiling by Michelangelo and the Raphael Rooms. Later, visit the St.Peter’s church and end in the superb square designed by Bernini. In the afternoon visit the three important churches - Basilica of St. Mary Major, St. John in Lateran, St. Paul Outside the Walls. Dinner at hotel and overnight.

Day 12 Rome
Morning tour dedicated to the highlights of Ancient Rome - visit the Colosseum, see the Roman Forum, the Pantheon. After that, experience the most famous Rome masterpieces such as Di Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna. Dinner and overnight.

Day 13 Rome
Transfer to Rome Airport for final departure.
