Day 1 Vilnius
Arrival at the airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 Vilnius - Trakai (30km/30min) - Vilnius
The tour starts with a visit of the Cathedral and the chapel of St.Casimir, the only Saint of Lithuania. Continue to St.Theresa church and Gates of Dawn. Visit St.Anne’s church, representing the peak of Gothic architecture in Lithuania and St.Peter’s and Paul’s church, an example of Lithuanian baroque. Explore the medieval Jewish quarter, Gaon and Jewish streets, the history and the sad destiny of Great Vilna Synagogue. See the oldest one in Eastern Europe, the Town Hall, built in the end of 18th century and Gediminas tower. Travel to Trakai, the national park area with pine forests and lakes, and the former ancient Lithuanian capital. Back to Vilnius.

Day 3 Vil­nius - Grutas (120km/2h) - Druskininkai
Travel to Gru­tas village. Explore Gru­tas Par­k, an open-air ex­hi­bi­tion of the Soviet era sculp­tu­res and mo­nu­ments. Ar­ri­val in Drus­ki­nin­kai, the ol­dest he­alth re­sort in Lit­hu­a­nia. Try mineral bath and relax.

Da­y 4 Druskininkai - Kaunas (130km/2h) - Klaipeda (220km/2,30h) - Juodkrante - Nida (30km/30min)
Travel to Kaunas, a former capital of Lithuania. Explore the ruins of the castle, Town Hall Square with its impressive monuments and visit the Cathedral. Continue on to Klaipeda. Ferry trip to the Cu­ro­nian Spit. Visit the Hill of Witches in Juodkrante with its many folksy sculptures. Arrival in Nida.

Da­y 5 Ni­da
Explore Nida resort. Visit the Fisherman’s House and the famous German writer Thomas Mann’s House. Continue to Amber Gallery, old ethnographic cemetery and neo-gothic church. Walk along the Vecekrugas dune and the Dead Dunes.

Day 6 Ni­da - Mi­ni­ja (100km/2h) - Vente - Klaipeda (50km/1h)
Enjoy a bo­at ride to the Ne­mu­nas Ri­ver Del­ta Re­gio­nal Park. Stop in Uostadvaris to visit the lighthouse and the oldest water lifting station in Lithuania, a Polder Museum. Continue to Mi­ni­ja vil­la­ge,“the Lit­hu­a­nian Ve­ni­ce”. Departure to the Vente Horn. Visit the ornithological station and the lighthouse. Ar­ri­val in Klaipeda for overnight.

Day 7 Klaipeda - Palanga - Vilnius (300km/4h)
Explore the main se­a­ports of Lit­hu­a­nia. Have a walk around The­at­re Squ­a­re and Old Town. Travel to Palanga, the biggest seaside resort of Lithuania. Vi­sit the Bo­ta­ni­cal Gar­den and Am­ber Mu­seum in the Pa­la­ce of Count Tys­zkie­wicz. Explore over 25000 pie­ces of am­ber and 15000 inc­lu­sions of in­sects. Back to Vilnius

Day 8 Vilnius
Transfer to the airport.
